3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product seal is intact and unbroken
- The product has been stored according to label instructions
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Products that show signs of tampering
- Products that have not been stored properly
This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which allows for the exclusion of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
4. Return Process
4.1 How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Confirmation: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the Product: Send the product back to the address provided in your original packaging
- Await Processing: Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund
4.2 Return Shipping
If you are exercising your right of withdrawal within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
If you are returning a product due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5.2 Refund Timeline
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
5.3 Refund Amount
Where the right of withdrawal applies, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.
If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a non-conforming product, we will also reimburse reasonable return costs as required by law.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
6.1 Reporting Defects
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
